Letting Your Soul Take the Lead

Living from the Inside Out is a spiritual mentoring service offering guidance and support when it feels as if the very foundation of your life is crumbling beneath you.  Sometimes the road we travel becomes rocky and full of obstacles and challenges at every turn. We may begin to feel as if Life Itself was working against us. What one needs during these difficult times is immediate support and guidance. And that is exactly what I offer: private telephone consultations to ease you through the challenges that are inherent in our human experience. My focus is on the spiritual side of things. I show you how to quiet the confusion and chatter in your head and allow your Soul to guide you; thus transforming the way you experience your Self and your life. I provide simple cognitive techniques, meditative and breathing exercises; and just plain talk based upon my more than twenty years experience as a spiritual mentor and women's empowerment coach, and my own personal journey through a life that has not always been gentle.

There are times when family and even the most intimate of friends cannot help you. I can provide immediate counsel and the kind of spiritual guidance and support that will carry you back to the Light in even the most trying of times. Remember, life isn't doing this to you.   • Your message will be returned within twenty-four hours at which time an appointment will set up.
  • Sessions are in fifteen minute blocks.
  • Fee is twenty dollars per fifteen minutes.
  • Payment is due via the Buy Now button below at least 2 hours prior to scheduled telephone session.
